Gopher A Cure Challenge
Together We Can Make a Difference

Track Golden Gopher 3-pointers or goals this season and take a shot at fighting childhood cancer.

Under the leadership of men's basketball coach Tubby Smith, women's basketball coach Pam Borton, men's hockey coach, Don Lucia and women's hockey coach, Brad Frost, the Gopher A Cure Challenge gives you the chance to contribute to the fight against childhood cancer while you cheer for the Gophers.

Support pediatric cancer research at the University of Minnesota.

Gopher A Cure team members pledge a monetary amount per 3-point shots made by either the Gopher men's or women's basketball teams, goals made by the men's or women's hockey team, or both, during this season.

When 6-month old Ryan visited his pediatrician for what was thought to be a bad cold, his parents were shocked with his diagnosis: acute myelogenous leukemia, a very rare form of childhood cancer.
