It's Time to Fly!
This is our tenth year participating in the Time to Fly event! Donate Big! I have been a top fundraiser for serveral years and I hope to make top 5 again this year.
We walk in honor of Jack Serakos. He was diagnosed with a brain tumor at three months old. He is now 10 years old and is an incredible little boy with a smile for everyone he meets. You can hear more about Jack's story here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Bkm1oYq35Is
On September 29th, 2018 Nate, Adelyn, Calvin and I will be participating in the Time to Fly benefiting Children's Cancer Research Fund at Phalen Park in St. Paul, Minnesota. Check our our team page Team Jack Attack
Children's Cancer Research Fund supports cutting-edge research in pediatric cancer and has raised more than $100 million to help kids with cancer over the past 29 years.
We want to help raise money for this cause so that kids with cancer can be cured from their disease and lead healthy, normal lives. We hope you will join in this race against childhood cancer by supporting us with a donation or by joining us on June 25th. By doing this, you encourage my resolve and strengthen my dedication to reach the finish line as soon as possible.
Why Should You Help?
* 13,000 kids each year are diagnosed with cancer.
* Childhood cancer is the leading cause of death due to illness in United States children. More kids die from childhood cancer every year than die of asthma, cystic fibrosis, pediatric aids and diabetes combined.
* Despite dramatic increases in five-year survival rates, more than 100,000 years of life are lost to childhood cancer each year.
It is faster and easier than ever to support this great cause -- you can make your donation online by simply clicking on the DONATE NOW at the right side of this page. More information on Children's Cancer Research Fund and its programs can be found at ChildrensCancer.org.
Whatever you can give will help -- it all adds up! I greatly appreciate your support and will keep you posted on my progress as I race against childhood cancer.
Children's Cancer Research Fund is a non-profit organization dedicated to finding a cure for childhood cancer. The organization also educates the public about pediatric cancer and supports quality-of-life programs for pediatric cancer patients and their families.
